Platinum wasn't content with Wonder-Red and all the other references, though. They took it further the "Worship and Tribute" by putting them in the game. Poseman (not pictured) is one of The Wonderful 101's most elusive characters, and with good reason; he bears an unmistakable resemblance to Viewtiful Joe. The red outfit, open helmet with gold decoration, pink cape, boots, and gloves all are too similar to be a mere coincidence. His unlock conditions suggest that he wasn't meant to be found by the casual player. I knew about him some time after I had already played W101 quite a bit, but his unclear online presence and nonexistent print presence made him appear to be a myth. Blurry screenshots didn't help. I wish I could have provided beautifully-clear screenshots of Poseman (like I have for other characters in the game), but it was already too late by the time I had unlocked him (or Bayonetta). This will not have been the last time we've spoken of Poseman, though...
