WII U BAD THE WONDERFUL 101

Vorkken is the villain to Wonder-Red in as Alastor is to Viewtiful Joe. The character parallels don't stop there, but there are definitely more things that show Viewtiful Joe's influence in The Wonderful 101. They say that it's all "the little things that count", and it's true. All the "little things" from, the seemingly-trivial things that were taken for granted as we experienced them in Viewtiful Joe, make a triumphant return in The Wonderful 101. Where do we even start? The blazing Harrier fighter jets, shining currency medals, giant robots, glowing lasers, deadly octopus boss, overabundance of drills, and vibrant hit sparks are all no coincidence. Even as a spiritual successor to the Viewtiful Joe series, The Wonderful 101 is a tribute to it. You can tell its development staff loved making it (which is precisely what is missing from every other game these days).
